Detailed Description

A 'decorate' class. This is not a real GUI FGControl item. It is intended for visual purposes only. When FGWindow was overdrawed the all Controls redraws correctly but static text and - WindowPanel was washed out. This new class is redrawed automagically (as child of FGControl class).
